Our pricing includes the entire location for your weekend. We require a two night minimum booking of all our guest units. Our lodging accomodates 16-22 people and the nightly rates start from $140-$300 per room/suite + tax. Guests may choose from our four rooms and four suites. These costs may be covered individually by the overnight guests (either family or the wedding party) or the wedding couple. Our rooms and suites include fresh flowers, chocolates, candles, ironed sheets, antiques, soft robes, private baths, personal patios/decks, peaceful atmosphere, and a full delicious breakfast. Several offer jacuzzis, fireplaces, morning kitchens, and VCR/DVD players. On Saturday and Sunday mornings a full breakfast is prepared for all the overnight guests. The lodging costs are approximately $3,460 + tax.
We can accomodate 49 people for an indoor setting or up to 100 people for an outdoor setting. The site is a beautiful, romantic location complete with two lawn areas, two gardens, and a gazebo. The site fee is a $700 + tax for 49 people and under or $1,200 + tax for over 49 people. Our site fee includes the site only. We will need to discuss the details of a caterer, rentals, etc.
Your weekend event with us starts Friday afternoon with the rehearsal and setup of the tables and chairs. We are happy to supply some light refreshments for your rehearsal or orientation. We are here to assist you at the rehearsal as well as on your specail day.
You are welcome to use a professional and licensed caterer of your choice. We do wish to speak with them beforehand to discuss their needs and our facilities. Our kitchen is available for warming up or reheating, but not cooking. You will also need to supply tables, chairs, and other decorations. These items are usually dropped off on Friday and returned on Sunday.
Our basic policy is as follows: 60 Day written cancellation period. 50% Deposit due upon booking, refundable prior to 60 days of the event. 50% Balance due prior to 60 days of the event. Our alcohol license allows wine and champagne only. Finally, we require a $250 cleaning deposit which is refundable at the time of departure, subject to the terms of the contract. By Sunday afternoon we need to have everything cleaned up for the arrival of our next guests. We are honored to offer you a lovely and private setting for your wedding or event.
